Collab over coffee

Networking works best when relationships come first.

Collab Over Coffee is a simple, low-pressure way for members to connect beyond the usual quick conversations at events. Members who opt in are placed into a new group of three each month and encouraged to meet in whatever way works best for them be it coffee, lunch, a walk, or even a virtual chat. The goal isn’t lead generation. It’s building genuine relationships, learning about each other’s businesses, and creating stronger connections within our community.

Each month brings a new trio, giving members the opportunity to expand their network naturally and get to know more people within the organization over time. Once enrolled, members will continue receiving new monthly group placements until they choose to opt out. We also encourage participants to snap a photo of their meetup and share it on social media @youryegba so the community can celebrate new connections being made.
